DAZN News rounds up the biggest boxing stories on Monday, May 18.
Eddie Hearn hopes to make a bout between Dmitry Bivol and David Benavidez for an undisputed light-heavyweight shot.
'The Mexican Monster' recently moved up to cruiserweight against Zurdo Ramirez, but is expected to drop down back a division.
That puts him on course to meet unified champion Bivol, who faces Michael Eifert in his mandatory bout later this month.
"We like Bivol-Benavidez," Hearn was quoted by Boxing Scene. "I think it's a big, big fight, and I think [it] is the fight to make."
Keyshawn Davis appears likely to pass up a possible IBF super-lightweight title bout with Lindolfo Delgado later this year.
'Thee Amazing' suggested he would move up to welterweight following his rematch victory over Nahir Albright on Saturday.
Any such move would rule him out of multiple silverware opportunities at 140lbs, including a shot at the vacant IBF crown.
But The Ring reports Davis seems more likely to move on up, with Devin Haney namechecked by the star as a likely foe.
Canelo Alvarez has paid tribute to Christian Mbilli as the pair's likely bout draws nearer, but insists he won't change tracks.
The legendary Mexican will fight for the firs ttime since he lost his undisputed super-middleweight crown to Terence Crawford.
"Mbilli is undefeated, and a great fighter," Canelo was quoted by Boxing Scene when discussing the now-WBC champion.
"I must respect that. But my focus is always on my preparation, performance, and giving the fans another great night of boxing."
Oleksandr Usyk puts his unbeaten record on the line against Rico Verhoeven on Saturday, May 23, in front of the Egyptian pyramids, live and exclusive on DAZN. Buy as a one-off PPV or included, along with Zayas vs. Ennis (June 27) PPV, with a DAZN Ultimate Tier subscription.
