A look at Darren Till’s win over Anthony Taylor in his MF & DAZN: X Series debut from January shows that the former UFC star pressures off the front foot well and stalks forward effectively behind the jab, though he sometimes abandons a high, tight guard during the process.

He also possesses a better than average uppercut, which he cranked and detonated onto Taylor as part of his punch portfolio leading to victory.

Darren Stewart, on the other hand, changes levels with agility and has pop to his punch as well.

Though neither man is a pure boxer, Till has the edge here … slightly.

Till did drop Taylor three times to secure a sixth-round TKO victory in January, perhaps reminding himself of his own power.

Meanwhile, Stewart produced his last knockout win back in November 2023 via first-round TKO of Antonio Zovak.

While two of Stewart’s last four wins came by the way of knockout, the quality of his opponents are not of the perceived quality — and certainly names — that Till has faced.
