The Wembley Stadium showpiece will be a rematch of Dubois and Usyk's first encounter two years ago and it was one overshadowed by controversy.

Dubois managed to floor Usyk in round five, but referee Luis Pabon deemed it a low blow allowing the Ukrainian time to recover. Usyk would go on to win the fight by knockout in round nine. 

A loss such as this could have derailed Dubois, but instead he has bounced back in the best way possible. 

Starting off in Riyadh at the end of 2023, Dubois stopped Jarrell Miller before beating the durable Croatian Filip Hrgovic within the scheduled distance. 

Then came the biggest win of Dubois' career so far last September when he battered Anthony Joshua into submission in a successful first defence of his IBF heavyweight title. 

With a renewed sense of confidence and brutality, Dubois will look to get revenge over one of the world's best pound-for-pound fighters whose career is seemingly coming to an end. 

In the eyes of some, they will be unsure as to how Dubois can improve from such an emphatic win over AJ, but in boxing, a fighter at the top of their game will always be looking for the edge which will make the difference between victory and defeat.

Speaking exclusively to DAZN News, Charles insisted that his man has improved once more following the Joshua win, and had a message for Usyk. 

"Dubois will be judged on the AJ performance, which is not a bad way to be judged. But nevertheless, he's improved again since then," said Charles.

"Unfortunately for Mr Usyk, the Daniel Dubois he's going to face is an improved version of the Dubois that fought Anthony Joshua. That's bad news for Mr Usyk."
