Keyshawn Davis was put on the spot over whether he could defeat Shakur Stevenson ahead of his long-awaited rematch with Nahir Albright in Norfolk, Virginia.
Three years on from the pair's first meeting, the former IBF lightweight champion will run it back with his rival in the latest chapter of their family feud.
Back in 2023, Davis saw his majority decision chalked off as a no-contest in Texas after he tested positive for marijuana, a banned substance in the Lone Star State.
Since then, Albright has defeated his rival's brother Kelvin, and engaged in a backstage brawl with the star, setting the stage for this second dance.
Yet even as Davis has his hands full in their headline bout this weekend, the talented fighter has already got one eye on the hypothetical future - including Stevenson.
Sitting down with DAZN, the 27-year-old was asked his outcome for a number of fights featuring fighters around his super-lightweight class and he provided his answer for all.
These predictions included Teofimo Lopez beating Ryan Garcia and Devin Haney getting past Abdullah Mason before Davis went ahead to predict Shakur Stevenson to beat almost everybody.
Answering ‘Shakur’ before an opponent had even been announced, Davis was stumped when he was asked who would come out on top between himself and Stevenson.
Davis laughed at the question before predicting that the fight would end in a draw.
