Michael "Venom" Page has done almost everything a fighter can do in martial arts and at 37 years old, fans are wondering just how long we'll be graced with Page's signature exciting fights. Following his 26th professional fight, Page spoke about his mindset when it comes to the tail end of his fighting career.

"I've thought about retiring since I started MMA," Page said in a recent interview with DAZN News, Samy Izabachene. "That is not really an age. It's more just because of how tough this game is. It's very difficult. Sometimes, even when things are going well, your body doesn't feel that so good. You're getting beaten up. You're missing out on a lot of social things in your personal life. So, yeah, that always goes through your head, but I love the game. Until I'm truly too slow, I don't have the ability to fight these guys at this high level. That's the only time I'm going to stop. But for now, I'm feeling good."

Though Page said he has thought of retirement, he isn't ready to give himself a timeline.

"I don't know. I don't really have a specific number to pick on it," he said when asked how many years he plans to continue fighting. "I think definitely for the next two years, I'm going to be in the game. It just depends. Anything can happen. Inshallah, I'm still good. I feel good, feel fresh, but anything can happen."

Page just defeated Shara Magomedov and has not been scheduled for his next appearance.
