With the year about to head into March, it feels like the 'business end' of the season is drawing closer, and the race for European places and the battle at the bottom is heating up in Serie A.
DAZN is showing 380 live games across the 2025-26 campaign, and matchday twenty-seven sees Cremonese host Milan, with both in desperate need of a win.
Milan finally succumbed to a first defeat since the opening day of the season last week, but the timing couldn't have been much worse. The defeat to Parma leaves them ten points behind leaders Inter, and with the title bid all but over.
With discontent reported this week with manager Max Allegri, the Rossoneri won't want their season unravelling and need to bounce back quickly.
Ironically, they face the last team to defeat them before Parma on Sunday, in Cremonese. Back then, the newly promoted side stunned the San Siro, and it was the beginning of an impressive start to the campaign for the side.
However, they have since got themselves stuck in a rut. Davide Nicola's men are without a win in 2026 and only sit outside the bottom three on goal difference.
If they don't find a victory soon, their stay in the top flight could be a short-lived one, with relegation a real possibility.
DAZN News has all the information ahead of Cremonese vs Milan.
Cremonese vs. Milan will take place at 11.30am GMT on Sunday, March 1, in Serie A.
Fans watching in the US and Canada can catch the game at 6.30am EST and 3.30am PT.
The fixture will take place at the Stadio Giovanni Zini in Cremona.
Cremonese have doubts over Federico Baschirotto, Michele Collocolo and Romano Mussolini going into the game. Jamie Vardy could be brought back into the starting line-up as he looks to get back on the scoresheet.
Previous XI: Adero, Terracciano, Folino, Luperto, Zerbin, Pezzella, Maleh, Payero, Thorsby, Bonazzoli, Sanabria (vs Roma February 22)
The visitors will hope to have Matteo Gabbia available after he was withdrawn from the line-up against Parma, but he is a doubt for the game. With both Rafael Leão and Christian Pulisic still struggling with knocks, Christopher Nkunku is likely to start.
Previous XI: Maignan, Tomori, Bartesaghi, De Winter, Saelemaekers, Estupinan, Loftus-Cheek, Modric, Rabiot, Pulisic, Leao (vs Parma, February 22)
GettyMilan simply have to win to keep any hope of catching Inter and are playing Cremonese at just the right time, because the home side can't seem to buy a win.
Prediction: Cremonese 0-2 Milan
