England firmly come into focus now the European club season came to a close following Saturday's Champions League final.
Thomas Tuchel and his squad fly to the US on Monday, June 1, to begin preparations for the FIFA World Cup, and it's a tournament where the Three Lions are one of the favourites to lift the trophy come July 19.
The German is leaving no stone unturned in getting the Three Lions ready for what will be a physically taxing tournament, and will be overseeing his team play two warm-up matches against New Zealand and Costa Rica ahead of the first group stage match with Croatia on June 17.
Here's everything you need to know ahead of England's two warm-up matches.
England World Cup warm-up matches: Dates, kick-off times and venues
England's first warm-up match against New Zealand will take place on Saturday, June 6 before facing Costa Rica four days later on Wednesday, June 10.

England World Cup 26 fixtures: Dates, kick-off times, venue
England will kick off their 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign against Croatia on Wednesday, June 17 before they play Ghana six days later on Tuesday, June 23.
They will then wrap up their Group L campaign against Panama on Saturday, June 27

- Tuesday, June 23 : England vs. Ghana, 9pm BST / 4pm ET / 1pm PT - Gillette Stadium, Foxborough

When is the FIFA World Cup 26?
The tournament kicks off June 11, 2026, with host nation Mexico taking on South Africa at the famed Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.
Nearly six weeks later, the last of the 104 games - the World Cup 26 Final - will be played at MetLife Stadium just outside of New York City on July 19, 2026 .
