The Serie A season reaches its conclusion this weekend in the final round of games of the 2025-26 campaign in Italy's top flight.
Inter are champions, while Pisa and Hellas Verona will be playing Serie B football next season, but there's still plenty to play for in the Champions League chase and the battle to avoid the last relegation spot.
Here's the full schedule for Matchday 38 of the Serie A season, plus how to watch all the action live.
Inter and Milan have confirmed their place in the Champions League for next season, but the final spots are between four teams vying for the two remaining top-four spaces.
Milan and Roma are in the driving seat, and a win for both would secure a place at Europe's top table next season. The Rossoneri are at home to Cagliari, and Roma travel to already-relegated Verona, so the odds are very much stacked in the two sides' favour.
However, if either of them drops points, there's still a chance for both Como and Juventus to take their place if they win their final games. Como has the tricky task of going to a Cremonese team that needs a victory to save their Serie A skins, while Juve have a final day Derby della Mole against neighbours Torino.
Neither of which are ideal. But with a greater goal difference than Milan, both will know only a win will do if they are to reach the Champions League in 2026-27.

At the other end of the table, the Jamie Vardy story could yet take another twist if he can help stop Cremonese's slide straight back down to Serie B.
The Leicester legend scored the winner at Udinese last weekend and only a win will do on Sunday if they have any chance of staying up, with Lecce two points ahead of them above the dotted line.
Unfortunately, their final outing is at home to Champions League-chasing Como, making their task a much harder effort than their relegation rivals, who have a home tie against Genoa, knowing a win will be enough.
