- SL Benfica won the group and now meet Group D runners-up Chelsea in Charlotte on Saturday, 28 June.
- FC Bayern München finished as runners-up and now face Group D winners Flamengo in Miami on Sunday, 29 June.
Group D
- CR Flamengo won the group and now face Group C runners-up FC Bayern München in Miami on Sunday, 29 June.
- Chelsea finished as runners-up and now meet Group C winners SL Benfica in Charlotte on Saturday, 28 June.
Group E
- FC Internazionale Milano won the group and now face Group F runners-up Fluminense in Charlotte on Monday, 30 June.
- CF Monterrey qualified as runners up and will meet Group F winners Borussia Dortmund in Atlanta on Tuesday, 1 July.
Group F
- Borussia Dortmund have won the group and now face Group E runners-up Monterrey in Atlanta on Tuesday, 1 July.
- Fluminense qualified as runners-up and now tackle Group E winners Internazionale in Charlotte on Monday, 30 June.
Group G
- Manchester City won the group and now face Group H runners-up Al Hilal in Orlando on Monday, 30 June.
- Juventus FC qualified as runners-up and will meet Group H winners Real Madrid C. F. in Miami on Tuesday, 1 July.
Group H
- Real Madrid C. F. won the group and now face Group G runners-up Juventus FC in Miami on Tuesday, 1 July.
- Al Hilal qualified as runners-up and will meet Group G winners Manchester City in Orlando on Monday, 30 June.
Group stage tiebreakers
The top two teams in each of the eight groups will reach the Round of 16. If two or more teams in the same group finish on equal points, the following criteria, in the order below, shall be applied to determine the ranking:
- a) greatest number of points obtained in the group matches between the teams concerned;
- b) superior goal difference resulting from the group matches between the teams concerned;
- c) greatest number of goals scored in all group matches between the teams concerned.
If, after having applied criteria a), b) and c), teams still have an equal ranking, criteria a), b) and c) are applied to the matches between the remaining teams only. If they are still equal, the following criteria, in the order below, shall be applied:
- d) superior goal difference in all group matches;
- e) greatest number of goals scored in all group matches;
- f) best disciplinary record in accordance with the team conduct scores;
- g) drawing of lots by FIFA.
