John Cena labels current WWE star as the 'GOAT'

John Cena has named current undisputed WWE champion Roman Reigns as "The greatest of all time" and it's certainly a claim which would raise a few eyebrows.
Cena is accomplished name in WWE and is one of the promotion's biggest stars, and with all that he is achieved, there would be little opposition to fans classing Cena as the GOAT.
However, when speaking on the After the Bell podcast, Cena opted to pick one of the company's current stars to be given GOAT status instead of a legend from the past.
"He’s a sponge. And he’s athletic and super intelligent. [I'm] a fan of this. And I mean all of this. And, most importantly, a fan of psychology," Cena said when explaining his reasoning.
"I say the WWE Universe is the biggest superstar we have. Roman navigated those waters without them. And here’s the thing with Roman, I don’t think Roman is Roman if he doesn’t have time to work in front of no crowd.
"Because the crowd was so against the fact that the company believes in Roman Reigns, I set the precedent of I’m the company guy, so everyone has a tough hill to climb once they become pushed.
"He’s the greatest of all time in my opinion."
Cena's next outing with WWE will be on November 4 where he will face Solo Sikoa at the Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia.
